Buddy Reisinger, Jr.
Senior Advisor

I have evolved as both an investor and as an advisor. Having witnessed presentations from and been a client of some of the most respected investment experts in the country, I can say that they all have one thing in common: their model is backwards. The focus of Wall Street is on Wall Street, its countless products and complexity. The focus of Hill Investment Group is on serving our clients first while implementing an investment strategy that exhibits clarity, simplicity and transparency. I am proud and excited to be a part of this team. Making friends is still my business.

Prior to joining Hill Investment Group in 2009, I was Vice President of Sales at Guggenheim Partners, a global investment firm serving wealthy families and their charitable interests. Prior to Guggenheim, I was a partner of a Wealth Management Team at Merrill Lynch. I was also one of the founders of an estate planning group, called The Legacy Specialists and an investment advisory firm called BBGPR, which was ultimately acquired by a national accounting organization. Like founding partner Rick Hill, and others in my family, I spent more than a decade at the former Anheuser-Busch. During my years at the brewery, I held positions in Brand Management, Wholesale Operations, and Sales.

I graduated from Princeton University in 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and hold an MBA in Finance and Marketing from The Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA (1991).

In addition to my family commitment, I am actively involved in the St. Louis community, where my interests focus on children in three key areas: health, education and the arts. Currently, I serve on the Board of the St. Louis Planned Giving Council and The Princeton Club of St. Louis. I have also served on the Board of Trustees of: the St. Louis Art Museum, the Development Board of St. Louis Children's Hospital, the Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Center of Creative Arts. I have served or continue to serve on the Development, Planned Giving and Endowment Committees of the following organizations: Ranken Jordan Children's Hospital, St. Louis Art Museum, St. Louis Children's Hospital, Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital, and Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. I am also active on various committees at Community School, and Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School, and Princeton University.

I am happily married to Jeana and together we have three fantastic children Lily (13), Bear (11), and Lizzy (9). Together we enjoy: Corny the pot-belly pig, Teddy the dog, Thumper the rabbit, Puff the bearded dragon, and many fish.

Another family note that many may not know; my mother is the creator of the popular Vivienne Romano Cheese Dressing, which is offered throughout the country.
