Annie Hall is the Marketing Manager at Hill Investment Group and Longview Research Partners, where she supports growth, marketing, and business development across both organizations. Her work spans content and editorial planning, client communications, events, business development coordination, and bringing ideas from strategy to execution.

In some ways, joining Hill was a return to where Annie started. As co-founder Matt Hall’s younger sister by 17 years, she had a front-row seat to the early days of the firm. She even spent a summer interning at Hill while in college, along with an internship at longtime friend of the firm Cheree Berry Paper.

Annie earned a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a minor in Architectural Studies. After graduation, she moved to Chicago, where she spent 12 years and built a career across several industries. She spent a decade in sales at luxury design company HOLLY HUNT before moving into technology sales at climate tech company Worldly. She later launched her own business, working independently with leaders and growing companies before finding her way back to Hill.

The common thread throughout Annie’s career has been a curiosity about how thoughtful choices shape the way we live. Years ago, she explored sustainability through a blog called Living Laboratory. Today, that same curiosity shows up in her interest in design, communication, sustainability, and helping Hill share ideas that encourage people to take the long view.

Family Life

After 12 years in Chicago, I returned to St. Louis, where I live with my partner, Nate, and our two rescue dogs. I’m passionate about animal rescue and have a hard time meeting a dog I don’t want to take home.

First Job

Other than babysitting, my first job was teaching tennis to kids. Tennis has been part of the Hall family for generations, and I’ve played since I was six. Many of my favorite family memories involve time on the court.

Currently Training For

Being active and outside is a big part of my life. When I’m not working out, running, or cycling, you’ll find me spending time with my dogs.

I’m training for my first marathon, the 2026 Chicago Marathon. Ask me how I feel about running after October 11.
