Alec spent nearly six years at Dimensional Fund Advisors, helping develop its active ETF offerings and working with some of the country’s largest advisory firms. He also brings firsthand experience advising high-net-worth families on investments, taxes, and estate planning.

Our vision is straightforward: Build LRP into an influential investment firm serving advisors across the country, while allowing Hill to remain highly personal, increasingly selective, and relentlessly focused on the families we serve.
